Deviantart can fuck right off as far as I'm concerned. I just got a note telling me my most favorited deviation, Robotnik's Phone Service, was removed due to copyright infringements.

Robotnik's Phone Service was one of my many demotivational posters, which often include screenshots of various pop culture references, in this instance, Dr. Robotnik's cheesy grin while talking on the telephone. Demotivational posters are a fun way to share moments in fan-history and hardly by any means an attempt to gain profit from the creative work of others. If anything, demotivational posters promote the creative work of others.

So dA can just go fuck themselves in 360 degrees of ritual masturbation. Those self-righteous white-knights aren't going to stop me from putting up images designed to make people laugh.
